I’m Carol Redman, a highly experienced Personal Trainer based in West London, specialising in strength training for women in midlife and beyond.

Who I help: particularly woman aged 40+, who want to start or return to strength training in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. I work with women navigating perimenopause and menopause, managing joint concerns or osteopenia, rebuilding strength after time away from exercise, or simply wanting to feel fitter and more confident in everyday life. I also offer pre- and postnatal personal training, providing safe, tailored support before and after pregnancy.

My particular focus is on: on perimenopause, menopause, bone health, and safe progression.

My approach is: grounded in experience and an understanding of how women’s bodies change over time. I’m a qualified Menopause Coach, supporting women who want to feel capable and confident in their bodies without pressure, extremes, or intimidation.

Training in West London & West Ealing: sessions take place either at a private studio in West Ealing, online, or with options for home visits. I work with women locally (in Twickenham, Richmond, Kew & Chiswick) to help them feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their health.
