“ I was looking for a personal trainer in Ealing, and am so glad I found Carol and West London Fitness. When I started with Carol, I hadn’t done any real exercise for years. I knew I needed to get moving, but it was daunting to make a start. Six months on, I actively look forward to our sessions...and I never thought I’d say that. I’m fitter, I’ve lost weight and I’m stronger. I have more energy. A lot more. Carol’s approach - varying what we do each session and keeping it fun - has really helped me to stick with it and the hour flies by. Carol got me out of a rut, she makes me laugh and keeps me accountable. My only regret is not getting started earlier.”

“Working out with PT Carol Redman from West London Fitness was one of the best decisions I made for my physical and mental well being.
I’d reached a physical plateau and was feeling pretty rubbish but wasn’t prepared to put it down to middle age. I started strength training with Carol online once a week. She introduced me to weights, explaining physiology, safe and correct positioning and constantly keeping things interesting by changing the programme.
The great thing with Carol is how relatable she is, she has a natural warmth, is patient, explains things simply buut most importanly is a brilliant motivator.
