• Sessions are 1 hour whether in person at my PT Studio, in your home or online. This is usually structured as a 5 to 10 minute warm up, strength training, mobility, balance and core workout - followed by a 5 minute stretch & cool down. This is adapted depending on your specifics i.e any injuries or physio work we may do in the session.

  • If you buy a block of 5 then I ask that you take them within 6 months, if you buy 10 sessions then you have up to a year. Sessions are also refundable should you have an injury or circumstances beyond your control that prevent you from training. In any dispute I would ask for a Doctor’s note or another form of proof - but to be honest this has never happened before.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form or schedule a call or book in a trial session. Its good to talk before you come in and I can understand then your specifics and what you are hoping to achieve by starting Personal Training.
