Face to face - at West London Fitness PT Studio at Trainfinders Sports Club, West Ealing, W13 0DD
At your home - As well as Ealing I cover areas around Twickenham, Richmond, Barnes & Chiswick - if you are unsure please just message to ask me if I cover your postcode
Online - all calls take place on zoom
Free Trial Session
A complimentary trial session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to understand your health history, current activity levels, and any goals or concerns you may have. We’ll talk through how your body feels and moves, then complete a gentle, guided session to assess movement, strength, and mobility. The focus is on learning and enjoying the session—so you can experience my coaching style. If you enjoy it, you can then decide whether to continue with purchasing a block of 5 or 10 sessions.
1 to 1 Personal Training Session £50
Sessions are tailored to you, your goals, and your current life stage. Each session focuses on building strength, improving movement, and supporting long-term health, from pregnancy and postnatal recovery through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Training is adapted to your individual needs, with clear progression and expert coaching to help you feel stronger, more confident, and capable in your body and hopefully also enjoyable.
2 to 1 Personal Training Session £60
Provides personalised coaching for two people training together, even if you are at different fitness levels or life stages. Each session is tailored individually, with exercises adapted so both clients train safely and effectively. Sessions focus on building strength, improving movement, and supporting long-term health from pregnancy and postnatal recovery through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Training is progressive, and designed to keep both clients challenged, supported, and motivated
